We also believe in the concept of innocent until proven guilty and will NEVER treat you like a guilty party. For this reason, we discourage speculation and only stick to the facts of your case.

How Long Do Bail Bonds Take?

We can write a bail bond in 15 minutes.

What If I Can’t Pay My Bail Bond Premium?

If you can’t pay your bail bond premium, the good news is we offer flexible premium payment plans. We understand that bail bond premiums can be expensive, which is why we go the extra mile to help your situation.

If you are unable to take on a flexible payment plan (we understand that sometimes money is very tight), we do provide the option for you to work with a co-signer to get your payments covered.

Can I Get Out Of Jail Without Paying Bail?

Sometimes, yes. This is called getting released on your Own Recognizance (O.R.).

While this is certainly a good thing (except for the problem of ankle monitors), it usually only happens in misdemeanor cases in which the defendant has no criminal history, does not pose a threat to the community, and is not considered a flight risk.

Our suggestion is, DON’T RISK IT. Always get a bail bond because there is no guarantee you’ll be released on O.R., and even if you do, you’ll likely be put on an ankle monitor!

Is It Possible To Get Bail Reduced?

Yes, it is. To get your bail amount reduced, you can ask your attorney to file a motion for you during your bail hearing.

If you’ve already had a bail hearing but no motion was filed, your attorney can request another bail hearing.

Please remember that you or your attorney will need to ask for a bail reduction. Your bail bond agent, as helpful as they can be in other ways during your trial (for instance, keeping you accountable so that you make all your court dates), can’t make this request.

What Happens If A Person Violates Bail Conditions?

The money that was put up for bail will not be returned. If you had the help of a bail bond agency, then the court will keep the money that the bail bond company put up for bail.  Very likely, the bail bond company will seek to recoup its losses.

How Is Bail Amount Determined?

In cases where there is no standard bail schedule, courts consider several details, such as the motivation for the crime, how many times the crime has been committed, the reputation of the defendant, etc., before making a determination.
