Welcome to All N One Bail Bonds – Las Vegas, Nevada
Fast. Reliable. Compassionate. Serving Nevada Since 1998.
At All N One Bail Bonds, we bring decades of trusted bail bond service to the heart of Las Vegas. Our mission is simple: to help individuals and families navigate one of life’s most stressful moments with speed, professionalism, and compassion.
Founded in 2019 by Andrew Renshaw and Kimberly Charles, All N One Bail Bonds is the result of more than 25 years of experience in Nevada’s bail industry. Andrew began his journey in 1998 with Bail Bonds Unlimited, operating in Reno and Laughlin. As his reputation grew, so did the business—expanding into Las Vegas through the purchase and management of Rebel Bail Bonds and Joe’s Easy Bail Bonds.
In 2011, both agencies were merged into the highly respected Lightning Bail Bonds, which served the Las Vegas community until 2019, when the operation was consolidated under All N One Bonding and Insurance, now doing business as All N One Bail Bonds.
Local Roots. Lasting Commitment.
All N One Bail Bonds is deeply committed to the Las Vegas community—not just through bail services, but through meaningful outreach, advocacy, and reform.
We work closely with nonprofit organizations focused on homelessness and addiction recovery, helping secure the release of individuals so they can begin treatment in sober living or rehabilitation programs. This mission is personal to Mr. Renshaw, who is known to personally pick up individuals from jail late at night and transport them to meetings or recovery housing. His commitment to helping people turn their lives around goes far beyond business.
We also actively participate in homeless outreach events throughout the year, contributing time, resources, and support to uplift our city’s most vulnerable residents.
In addition to direct support, All N One Bail Bonds is committed to advancing local legislation and reform efforts that improve the quality of life for inmates in the Clark County Detention Center, Las Vegas City Jail, North Las Vegas Jail, and Henderson Detention Center. We believe every individual deserves humane treatment and a fair opportunity to reintegrate into society.

Affordable Bail Bonds – FAQs
Bail is what courts use to make sure that defendants abide by the conditions of their release, which includes showing up for all their court dates.
Bail’s main purpose is to make the legal system more efficient by incentivizing defendants to abide by the conditions of their release.
Not adhering to the conditions set forth by the court almost always results in defendants losing the money they posted for bail, which of course, is not exactly ideal.
However, bail is an important mechanism since it keeps courts from having to spend a lot of time and money tracking down defendants who aren’t interested in abiding by the court’s requirements.
Bail can be paid via cash bail (cash or check), a bail bond, or a property bond.
Yes, it does…so long as the defendant abides by the conditions of their release. With that said, if a defendant hires a bail bond company to post bond for them, they will not get their 15% bail bond premium back.
Absolutely. You get your bail money back whether you are found innocent or guilty. The verdict doesn’t matter. The only thing that matters is if you abide by the conditions of your release.
Maybe. It really just depends on what the court allows them to do in their specific situation.
If your bail is dropped, it just means that your bail money will be returned to you. Of course, if you hire a bail bond company to post bond for you, then your 15% bail bond premium will not be returned.
You certainly can. In fact, we recommend it. Getting a job while on bail (or keeping the job you already have) can help you make a better impression on the court since it shows you are responsible.
Bail amounts in Nevada typically run from $1,000 to $10,000, although they can go much higher if you have a very serious case.
Bail can be refused in Nevada for (1) severe crimes, (2) if the defendant has repeatedly committed the same crime, (3) if there is a high likelihood that the defendant will skip bail, or (4) if the defendant poses a danger to the community.
The three best ways to stay out of jail are not to commit crimes, hire an attorney if you ever find yourself in legal trouble, and contact a bail bond company to bail you out of jail quickly.
There are four bail types:
Surety bail bonds, cash bonds, Own Recognizance (OR) bonds, and property bonds.
To get bail, you will need to attend your bail hearing. Once you learn your bail amount, you can either pay it yourself or hire the help of a bail bond company, which will post bond for you.
Judges. They are the ones responsible for granting bail.
Bail lasts for a year, after which your expired bail bond will need to be replaced.
Bail is granted in most misdemeanor and felony cases. See question 10 for a list of reasons why bail could be denied.
Bail money goes to the court and is held there in security until the case has come to an end.
